Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Colby and am Co-Founder & CFO alongside my wife, Anya! I spent a couple of years in corporate banking and now have the privilege of scaling our company full time together!

I received my Bachelors Degree from Florida International University in International business. When I’m not working you can find me scuba diving, traveling, or swimming in our pool! I work alongside Anya in the backend, managing all financial matters, as well as offering financial service to clients within the agency.

Meet Colby

Hi, I’m Emmalee, Director of Operations here at The VA Collective! I’ve been part of this incredible (and growing!) team for the past two years, keeping all the backend systems running smoothly and efficiently. From systems and processes to team management and client onboarding, I handle all things backend — keeping the day-to-day smooth, the team supported, and the big picture moving forward. 

I live for flexibility so being able to travel, work from a coffee shop, or create my own rhythm is one of the things I love most about what I do. You can usually find me with my laptop open sipping on an iced oat milk latte.

Since joining the team in 2024, she’s brought two years of hands-on VA experience to the table—blending creativity and strategy to support clients through email sequences, social media graphics, course materials, and scroll-stopping sales pages. She’s passionate about clear communication, meaningful collaboration, and helping female-owned businesses thrive.

She is a midwest living mama to 3, a wife and entrepreneur of over 8 years. Kortnee lives for a perfect, crisp fall day and low-key weekends at home with her family. Coffee order: Caramel Macchiato with almond milk

As a Scorpio sun and a Projector in human design, I'm all about finding that sweet spot between crushing goals and savoring downtime. I live for organization, systems, and teamwork. When I’m not helping clients achieve harmony, you’ll catch me flexing on the fitness stage or having impromptu dance parties at home with my husband and our fur babies!

From social captions and blog content to Reels strategy and email sequences, I love turning big-picture brand goals into content that actually connects.  I’ve worked with service providers, lifestyle brands, and marketing agencies across North America. 

In my spare time, you can find me spending time with my lovely husband and our two kitties, playing Stardew Valley, out for a walk enjoying my beautiful province, or at the beach soaking up the sun!

Hi! I’m Molly, I've been doing social media management + content creation since 2020! I have my bachelors in public relations from the University of Florida! I love capturing content and am a full time wedding content creator! I love all things love and romance and capturing couples' most special day is truly an honor! When I am not at weddings, I am with my kiddos and my husband; when he's off! I have a three year old son and a baby girl! Being a mom is the greatest blessing and I am so grateful to be able to stay home with them!

Kyle is a social media specialist with over six years of experience helping brands grow online. She started out as a multimedia designer, working on brand identity and graphic design, before shifting into social media management. Since then, she’s partnered with businesses across a wide range of industries including travel, tourism, hospitality, real estate, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and creative agencies bringing flexibility and fresh ideas to every project. She’s also a UGC creator, combining her eye for design with her understanding of digital storytelling.
 
What drives Kyle is the behind-the-scenes work of building brands finding their voice, shaping their presence, and creating content that connects with people in a real way.
 
Outside of work, she’s an adrenaline junkie who’s always up for an adventure, but she also enjoys her quieter side like painting, playing the piano, and traveling the world whenever she can.

She got her start in Nashville, where she sharpened her digital marketing skills and fell in love with supporting clients and growing their brands. Passionate about creativity, strategy, and making brands feel alive online, Lauren thrives on turning ideas into engaging experiences.
Lauren now resides in Savannah, Georgia with her husband, Blake. When she’s not helping clients shine, you can find her exploring Savannah’s restaurant scene or hanging out with their kitties, Harry and Sally.

where she served as President of Phi Mu Sorority and VP of Programming for the National
Panhellenic Association. She found her passion for social media management, digital marketing,
and content creation during an internship in Nashville, where she had the chance to work with
some of the biggest names in country music. Since then, she's continued to grow her skills
through courses, certifications, working in event planning, and gaining experience with
marketing agencies. When she's not working, you can find her traveling, spending time with friends,
