ALL OF OUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS ARE TRAINED BY OUR CEO, ANYA, AND GO THROUGH A RIGOROUS ONBOARDING PROCESS, and ongoing training TO ENSURE OUR CLIENTS ARE GETTING THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. Our hope is that each of our clients feel the "luxury" experience in each of our incredible assistants, as a part of The Va collective.

Hi, I’m Colby and am Co-Founder & CFO alongside my wife, Anya! I spent a couple of years in corporate banking and now have the privilege of scaling our company full time together!

I received my Bachelors Degree from Florida International University in International business. When I’m not working you can find me scuba diving, traveling, or swimming in our pool! I work alongside Anya in the backend, managing all financial matters, as well as offering financial service to clients within the agency.

Hi, I’m Emmalee! I am Director of Operations here at The VA Collective! I’ve been a part of this growing team for two years now and handle all of our backend operations.

 I also work as the Client Success Manager, acting as the middleman between our clients and VAs to support their relationships and communication. I make sure everyone has the training and resources they need so our clients can focus on what they do best!

Janice got her start in the Atlanta area, leading operations for several companies and corporations. She’s always had a knack for bringing structure and flow to the chaos, helping businesses grow and run more smoothly from the inside out. After years of working with major organizations, she realized her favorite part of the job was helping people—supporting teams, solving problems, and making things easier for everyone involved

These days, Janice blends her operations background with a client-focused mindset, working as a Client Success Manager. She partners with CEO, Creatives, and their teams to create custom, results-driven solutions that help them not only run their businesses - but actually sustain and enjoy them.

Outside of work, Janice is all about good coffee, Pilates sessions, and hot girl walks that keep her grounded and inspired.

Jordyn is your systems and operations go-to—who loves to turn chaos into structure and efficiency. With a Bachelor’s, an MBA, and nearly a decade of corporate experience, she shifted into the online space in 2020 and has never looked back. She’s big on collaboration, finding the right tools for the job, and creating systems that actually make sense for your business. 
Jordyn’s a mom to two littles who keep life fun (and loud) for her. When she has a minute to relax, she enjoys a fun coffee drink, a thriller book, or a home DIY project.

Hi, I'm Kortnee - I joined The VA Collective in 2024 after making the decision to drop out of corporate and go full-time in the Online Service space. With two years of experience as a dedicated virtual assistant, I've had the pleasure of supporting clients across various industries, helping them achieve their goals with a blend of creativity and efficiency. From crafting email sequences, blog posts + eye-catching social media graphics to designing user-friendly websites or optimizing Pinterest for maximum engagement, my priority is always clear communication and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Outside of the professional sphere, I'm a wife and mom of 3. You'll often find me cheering [very loudly] at my teenage son's sporting events or soaking up the little moments with my toddlers at home. I cherish lowkey family days, am a collector of Personal Development books that generally don't get read, a crime show junkie, and always end up ordering the same drink from Starbucks. I thrive on all things organization, in both business + home, and I cannot wait to help you find clarity in the chaos of your overwhelming list of to-do's.

As a Scorpio sun and a Projector in human design, I'm all about finding that sweet spot between crushing goals and savoring downtime. I live for organization, systems, and teamwork. When I’m not helping clients achieve harmony, you’ll catch me flexing on the fitness stage or having impromptu dance parties at home with my husband and our fur babies!
