ALL OF OUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS ARE TRAINED BY OUR CEO, ANYA, AND GO THROUGH A RIGOROUS ONBOARDING PROCESS, and ongoing training TO ENSURE OUR CLIENTS ARE GETTING THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. Our hope is that each of our clients feel the "luxury" experience in each of our incredible assistants, as a part of The Va collective.

Hi, I’m Colby and am Co-Founder & CFO alongside my wife, Anya! I spent a couple of years in corporate banking and now have the privilege of scaling our company full time together!
I received my Bachelors Degree from Florida International University in International business. When I’m not working you can find me scuba diving, traveling, or swimming in our pool! I work alongside Anya in the backend, managing all financial matters, as well as offering financial service to clients within the agency.

Hi, I’m Emmalee! I am Director of Operations here at The VA Collective! I’ve been a part of this growing team for two years now and handle all of our backend operations.
I also work as the Client Success Manager, acting as the middleman between our clients and VAs to support their relationships and communication. I make sure everyone has the training and resources they need so our clients can focus on what they do best!

I have a bachelor's in Marketing, an MBA in Human Resources, and a decade of experience in all things admin, I'm your go-to for employee relations, social media management, and planning events that dazzle. As a Scorpio sun and a Projector in human design, I'm all about finding that sweet spot between crushing goals and savoring downtime. I live for organization, systems, and teamwork. When I’m not helping clients achieve harmony, you’ll catch me flexing on the fitness stage or having impromptu dance parties at home with my husband and our fur babies!

With experience across various industries and many platforms, she’s all about innovation and collaboration to help create solutions that fit unique business needs.
Outside of work, Jordyn is a mom to two littles (a son, Brooks, and a daughter, Reese). She loves spending time with her family, keeping active, and getting creative with DIY projects at home.

With two years of experience as a dedicated virtual assistant, I've had the pleasure of supporting clients across various industries, helping them achieve their goals with a blend of creativity and efficiency. From crafting email sequences, blog posts + eye-catching social media graphics to designing user-friendly websites or optimizing Pinterest for maximum engagement, my priority is always clear communication and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Outside of the professional sphere, I'm a wife and mom of 3. You'll often find me cheering [very loudly] at my teenage son's sporting events or soaking up the little moments with my toddlers at home. I cherish lowkey family days, am a collector of Personal Development books that generally don't get read, a crime show junkie, and always end up ordering the same drink from Starbucks. I thrive on all things organization, in both business + home, and I cannot wait to help you find clarity in the chaos of your overwhelming list of to-do's.

She is detail-oriented, focused, and driven, and excels in creating engaging social media content. Outside of work, you can find her playing pickleball, wake surfing, or enjoying country music.

She emphasizes discipline, structure, and consistent communication as vital components for meeting the demands of a virtual assistant role, drawing from her extensive background to promptly and effectively address various client requirements.

Dakota is a mom of two beautiful babies, Olivia (2) and Elijah born early 2022. Dakota came into the virtual assistant world after having Elijah and working as an RN with the pediatric population and at a hyper wellness clinic.
She spent some time in the network marketing world and wants to serve anyone in or out of that world with the capacity and knowledge she has! She does anything from email management/marketing, client management, content creation, social media, travel planning, to grocery ordering. Dakota is willing to help in any capacity to help her clients be successful and have more time to do so.
